Reese was the one who took my order. He was extremely friendly and polite. The food was as delicious as I hoped it would be, considering this was my first visit to any Smashers restaurant. If you love smash burgers, you’ll love this place. Their milkshakes are delicious too, gives places life Dairy Queen a run for their money! On a side note, the dining area was clean, the music was not too loud and the staff were courteous and even asked how my food was after I finished. 10/10 WOULD recommend!
I ordered the classic chicken burger combo, and it was delicious. The chicken patty was tender and seasoned well, while the fries were crispy and salted just right. Service was quick and efficient, though the seating area was a little cramped and noisy. Still, it was worth it for the quality of food. Ate here for the first time it was delicious! Service was great accidentally gave me the wrong order gave me the correct order and staff was super friendly and professional. Definitely a must if your in the 757!
Excellent food and service the gentleman taking my order asked if it was my first time and I said yes. He explained everything perfectly to me even gave me a taste sample of their special sauce. Food took about 5 minutes to be ready for 2 meals and a milkshake. Me and my son both ate every bit of the food and drink every drop of the milkshake I have to say it was probably the best burger and fries I have ever had. The milkshake is definitely in the top five that I've ever had. Special sauce was amazing and the fries are seasoned just perfect with whatever their specialty is. Definitely will be going back again and will be telling all of my co-workers and friends about the amazing quality food that we had.
Visited Smashers for the first time today (1/31/25) and it was really good! The menu is big and clear to understand and I like that it’s short and sweet. I ended up getting the single smash burger with fries and a strawberry milkshake and everything was really delicious. I even tried the smash burger sauce and it was delicious! A staff member even came out to ask us how everything tasted. I will say it was hard to hear names being called for orders, so maybe implementing a buzzer or intercom system when orders are ready would be a good suggestion. Most definitely will be visiting again
Been looking forward to bringing my Mom here. Finally got here Sunday night, January 2025. We got there an hour 1/2 before closing and I was slightly nervous that it wasn’t going to be as high quality because of that. I was incorrect. The quality and freshness was on point. Friendly Staff. Fresh Burgers nice and hot burgers made to order. Fresh cut fries. My Mom commented that she usually doesn’t eat those types of fries but these were good she said and she couldn’t stop eating them Drinks are all 1 size which I like because it makes things simple. In fact, the entire ordering process is simple and clearly labeled. The only thing I would suggest is that the ordering area right in front of the grill might be too loud to hear the customer ordering. I say that because I had to keep repeating my order and I talk kinda loud so I’m told. It was decorated for Christmas which was cool to see and the music was good. Would def go here again. Conveniently located at the corner end on the left as you turn into the POM. I love to support locally grown and owned businesses. Maybe he can grow one in Suffolk Side Note: I just read thru some of the other reviews mentioning Freddy’s. I’m a big Freddys fan however I didn’t even think to compare the 2. Smashers burgers are thicker and have a distinct seasoning that sets it apart.
The double smasher with cheese, bacon, lettuce, raw onion and mayo... Lawd we done died and gone to heaven. and the fries were pretty good too. They have the alt vinegar.. reminded us of the boardwalk fries we would get up in Ocean City, MD.
Smashers in Norfolk was nothing short of amazing! Roy at the counter took our order and was extremely professional and proficient. It was a first time there and although I had seen reviews of the food online, I didn't know what to put on my burger. Roy was a HUGE help! I ordered an original smasher with all the burger fixings and a vanilla milkshake. The food came out quick and it was hot, fresh, and delicious. The milkshake was thick and amazing. I wish I would've added a syrup to it but that only gives me a reason to come back!! Definitely recommend this family friendly atmosphere restaurant!
